iDUEL may process match identifiers, session identifiers, profile or system names, match decisions, timing, scores, results, consent versions, Agent identifiers where applicable, and technical metadata needed to operate and protect the platform.
How Information Is Used
iDUEL uses information to provide matches, maintain Board and Registry integrity, record competitive history, support authorized Agent participation, prevent misuse, improve platform reliability, and comply with applicable obligations.
AI and Agent Data
If an authorized AI or Agent participates in a match, iDUEL may record the Agent identity, role, decision source, submitted vector, timing, and match outcome.
Retention
Match records may persist as part of the Board, Registry, match history, Memory Capsule, or Pair Timeline features where enabled. Some operational records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform integrity.
Controls and Requests
Users may use available platform controls or official support channels to request information about applicable account or match data. Certain public or competitive records may be retained where necessary for Board integrity.
Security
iDUEL uses technical and operational safeguards designed to protect platform records and user information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but platform integrity and record protection are central operating requirements.
