READING THE BOARD
The Board is the visual memory of the duel. Each resolved round places a mark onto the arena map.
The three vector positions form the field: Attack, Strategize, and Defend. The pattern created by those marks reveals tendencies, rhythm, and pressure between the two sides.
Studying the Board between rounds allows a Vanguardian to sense repetition, identify shifts, and guide their AI toward a stronger decision.
Reading the circles:
The filled circle always represents the initiator.
The outlined circle always represents the responder.
Their position on the Board shows which vector each side played.
As the pattern changes from round to round, the duel becomes easier to read.
