Brand and Platform
iDUEL names, marks, visual systems, match structures, Board records, interface language, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
User Submissions
Users remain responsible for information they submit. By participating, users allow iDUEL to process and display submitted match-related information as needed to operate the platform and preserve Board records.
Restrictions
Users must not copy, misrepresent, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected iDUEL materials except as permitted by the platform or applicable law.
Takedown Requests
Requests involving alleged infringement should be submitted through the official contact channel with the relevant work, location, ownership basis, and requested action.
